So it followed...

So the cold followed us home..but luckily some of it got "lost along the way". Woke this morning to 9 degrees with a wind chill around -6.

Of course...I had to check to see what the Cadet woke to...which is -2 with a wind chill of -30....CHILLLLLLLLLLLY! Most of the schools around him are closed..the schools down here are all on delays or closed (folks here have no clue how to send a kid to the bus stop in this kind of cold)..and I saw that all of the schools in T-Town (home) are closed for cold. I think we are all paying for 60+ degree temps in January. Stay warm my northern friends and family. After having been in it over the weekend..I know just how dangerous it is!

You must have really been speeding down the highway as the momentum of all that cold air is coming all the way down to the Carolinas. It's to be 14 here tonight, very cold for us. Next time, slow down to keep the cold air up your way.

So cold here I opted to pay a ridiculous price to park in my building instead of taking public transportation (which requires walking a few blocks on either end of the ride). I admit it. I am a whimp!!
