I was glancing at the headlines on my google homepage, and stumbled across a News of the Weird Story where some residents were being fined for parking in their own driveways. I chuckled and said “Wow, that sounds like something that Carty Finkbeiner in Toledo would do – right after he moved the deaf folks to the airport!”.

So of course I had to click on the link – I just had to.
