Ahhh the weekend.....
How wonderful! Tis the weekend. Another Saturday, another 15 cups of coffee, another day in the rink! Two games today, we were at our home rink so didn't have to travel (luckily, given the weather this weekend -- cold and snowy!)
The kiddos lost 6-0 in the first game, and tied 2-2 in the second (although Hunter had a great late game shot that was the best "viable" opportunity to win...but the goalie deflected it up over his shoulder..10 seconds left in the game!!!).
T'was very exciting and very tiring, as we arrived at the rink at 11 a.m. and didn't get home until about 5:30; Whew...only one more day of hockey games..and then the work week starts! This is almost like a second job! Okay...it IS a second job! Luckily..again..we are at home this weekend...so we don't have to leave the house at 4:00 A.M. tommorrow, just at 7:00. Again....Whew.
