Hanging on the fridge...

Hanging on the 'Fridge, in and amongst the various King and Prince art projects, is a seemingly simple piece of paper. From a distance, it doesn't appear to be much. In fact, from a distance it appears to look like another hockey schedule printed in its neat little rows. Deceptive in its stark whiteness and simplicity, the only key to belie its import is the fact that it has been given a place on the fridge. And it's import is great....

For on this piece of paper sits a bunch of letters....A's and B's to be precise....yes it is the Prince's semester report card....and only A's and B's appear....which means.....the Prince's second EVER placement on the honor roll. The Prince's Parents are extremely proud of the work he accomplished in his first semester of eighth grade....see...not every kid is cut out for the honor roll...no matter how intelligent they are...and this kid struggles to get there....

Sigh....proud Mom walkin......
