First Showing...

The first showing went well which is heartening given the work we have done over the last month. Feedback from the folks is that they love it, and love the footprint. According to their agent, they are going to the bank today to see what they can afford, and she asked our agent if we would be open to receiving a contract this week. While this could just be lip service (relative to a contract), I feel the power of His hand in giving me the strength to move on and keep going on the house...because I am so OVER this house...I don't love it anymore - it is nice to hear that someone else does!

Keep your prayers and positive thoughts coming...it is in His time...and I am hoping that His time is but a nanosecond in my time!
