Roof Sit
The school had a roof sit this past weekend to fund raise for Air Conditioning for the Dining Hall. They say it can get pretty hot in there, but - hey - if I don't have to cook, I don't complain about the environ - so I can honestly say I haven't noticed!
Of course - we received some nice press over it as well. Take a look - and make sure you notice the first kid to throw a balloon, the kid who gets dunked in the tank, and the kid in the middle of the threesome behind our awesome Development Officer. Yup - you guessed it - the Cadet himself!

I participated in the Sit on the Roof Friday evening - 8-10 was the ol' shift. Very fun - tossing water balloons at the Cadets (they had run out of ones for sale for the kids to toss at us), and tossing candy down to them as well. T'was a worthy cause and a good time was had by all!
