Yes....you read right.....
For those of you not on facebook, where word went out over the weekend, yes you read right in the post below. Mr. Oz started his new job on Monday.
Like many in the economy, he is underemployed at this point, but is thrilled to be back to work. He is working with a faith based group, doing much the same as he did at Howe Military - providing care and concern for children in a group home setting. (Unlike HMS, these kids aren't "sent" here by their parents who sometimes seem to have more money than parenting skills).
His position (after this week) is a third shifter position - which of course is never ideal - but it is.what.it.is.
He is still (also?) seeking to return to engineering - but given the economic conditions, the need for a Mech. E. who specializes in capital equipment and machinery isn't necessarily in big demand right now. But we have faith.
Faith that he is exactly where he is supposed to be. Doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing. And that my friends, is a good thing.
