Mr. Oz implemented several changes throughout 2012 as well.  Unrelated to Mrs. Oz's move to get healthier, Mr. Oz too decided he hated the look of the person in the mirror and began a journey to drop weight in July. Was he successful? You betcha!  60+ lbs successful!! Take a look!
