Destination...Great-Great Grandpa......Ironton Ohio

The destination was next to be Ironton Ohio...a beautiful river community where my great great grandfather is buried (Jacob Weddle). After a little driving around the cemetery, and a trip to the office to locate the section (Section 8, facing the civil war graves, neares the first bend in the road in case anyone else wishes to visit!).... there was success. Hello Lt. Col. Jacob Weddle....aka Great-Great Grandfather Weddle. It finishes a generational journey on his line of having visited his daughter's grave (Nellie McCalley), his grandaughters grave (Elizabeth Shrum), his great-grandaughter's grave (Mom!), and two of his great-great grandaughter's graves (Laurie and Roberta) .
